Approach. Consolidated OAuth2/JWT authentication, federated domain APIs into a GraphQL graph offered as a service, and shipped flagship React applications on that shared foundation with schema governance.
Outcome. A reusable API platform multiple products could build on, reducing duplicate integration work and enabling a consolidated experience.

Multi-cloud application migration
Problem. Business-critical apps no longer matched corporate cloud policy, with pressure to move without a reckless rewrite.
Approach. Migrated internally hosted applications to AWS, then re-aligned workloads to Azure as policy shifted, with IaC and operability treated as first-class work.
Outcome. Applications that could follow evolving enterprise cloud standards across providers while delivery kept moving.
Large enterprise
Enterprise collaboration on a shared API graph
Problem. Knowledge and collaboration lived in fragmented tools, while other apps still needed the same people and domain data.
Approach. Delivered a collaboration platform anchored on the federated GraphQL API and shared User domain so the product strengthened the platform instead of creating another silo.
Outcome. A production collaboration product that reused shared identity and domain APIs across the application portfolio.
Health technology / connected devices
Connected health product: edge AI to caregiver apps
Problem. Families and caregivers needed trustworthy insight when aging adults needed help at home, spanning hardware, AI, cloud, and mobile.
Approach. Built edge/device AI inference for important events, privacy-sensitive data flows, cloud backend, and iOS/Android companion apps for caregivers.
Outcome. AI integrated into a real physical-world workflow: hardware to inference to cloud to mobile experience.
